Rogers Communications Inc. Acquires Aurora Cable TV Limited

On June 12, 2008, Rogers Communications Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of Aurora Cable TV Limited for an undisclosed price after receiving approval by the CRTC.

Aurora Cable passes approximately 26,000 homes and provides cable television, Internet and telephony services in the Town of Aurora and the community of Oak Ridges, in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Rogers was represented by David Miller, Senior VP and General Counsel, and a team from Lang Michener LLP that included Carl De Vuono and Greg McIlwain (corporate) and Matthew German (real estate).
